Facilitation
Workshops, coordination, and collaboration with curators, researchers, and stakeholders.
We develop and realise exhibitions, from the first idea to the finished experience. It begins with a question, a collection, or a room that needs to speak, and it ends the day a visitor walks in and feels something.
We team up with other talented designers, architects, media producers, fabricators, and technical partners to deliver the most appropriate and tailored solution for each project. Some projects need a full studio behind them; others need a single pair of hands at the right moment.
We can take on the whole process, or step into the part where we are needed most.

Exhibition concepts, overall ideas, visitor flow, and spatial structure.
Project planning, timelines, budgeting, financial management, funding documentation, and reporting.
Content structure, interpretation, text development, and editorial work.
Narrative coherence across space, objects, media, and exhibitions.
Exhibition layout, scenography, materials, lighting, and spatial flow.
Mock-ups, prototypes, and testing of spatial, digital, and interactive elements.
Development and coordination of digital installations, audiovisual content, and interactive media.
Specification, sourcing, and procurement of technical equipment and exhibition components.
Visitor flow, accessibility, inclusion, and the overall visitor experience.
Coordination with designers, architects, media producers, fabricators, and technical partners.
Design follow-up, production coordination, installation support, and on-site adjustments.
A project usually begins with facilitation: workshops and conversations with curators, researchers, and stakeholders, where direction and ambition are uncovered together. From there we develop the concept that connects the overarching idea with visitor flow and spatial structure.
We shape the spatial experience through scenography, materials, lighting, and flow, and we test as we go with mock-ups and prototypes of physical, digital, and interactive elements. The visitor experience stays at the centre: accessibility, inclusion, and a flow that works for everyone.
Throughout, we keep things moving with project management, timelines, budgets, and funding administration. We work with content, from information structure and interpretation to text and editorial work, and hold a coherent narrative across spaces, objects, media, and exhibition elements.
And we stay to the end: design follow-up, production coordination, installation support, and the small adjustments on site that decide whether a room finally works.
