kinnstudio.dk aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Today the site partially meets the standard: most of it works, but some parts do not yet, and they are listed below.

The statement is based on our own review of all pages in English and Danish on 15 September 2026: an automated test with Lighthouse on mobile and desktop, and a manual check with keyboard, zoom and reduced motion.

• All pages can be used with a keyboard, and the focus is visible.
• Images have text alternatives, and every page has one main heading.
• The whole site is available in English and Danish, and each page states its language, so screen readers read it with the right pronunciation.
• Text can be enlarged to 200 percent without content being lost, and the layout works on small screens.
• With reduced motion turned on in your system, the animated drawings stand still.
• The longer texts on about and studio can be read aloud.
• Flora, the chat, can be opened, used and closed with the keyboard (Esc closes it).

• Contrast. Small text in the muted colour, such as dates, labels and photo credits, has a contrast below 4.5:1 against the background (WCAG 1.4.3).
• Moving film. The films at the top of the front page and some case pages start by themselves and cannot be paused, also with reduced motion turned on (WCAG 2.2.2).
• Captions. Films with speech, such as the monologues from Sønderjyderne og Den Store Krig and the films about Danner af Danmark and Søfarer, do not have captions (WCAG 1.2.2).
• Instagram Wall. Our tool in the lab depends on drag and drop and is hard to use without a mouse.
